What resins in Hi-Temp Skinning Kit?

I want to order just the resins for doing some hi-temp skinning as found in the carbonmods kit

I'm not sure which ones to order? I can't find them based on the descriptions in the kit.

Also what is the difference between the base coat resin and the top coat? Just the black pigmentation?
