Race bike frame guards

Below is an image of one of a pair of frame guards i am making for a Kawasaki 750 race bike ( pre trimmed ), when i made the moulds i made the flanges quite narrow as i was going to use wet lay but i have used infusion for this part. The flange is just wide enough if i am careful fitting the mesh and infusion connectors. I have used EC products throughout .

Nearly got a set to mould off for my bike but think I will build them straight off the frame.
