Is there Mould release differences between using Pattern-Coat Primer vs Pattern-Coat Hi-Gloss on pattern with Easy Lease and finishing stage, polished vs sprayed and thinned vs sanded matte look?

Application of EasyLease would be the same regardless of how the Primer or Hi-Gloss was applied.
