Hi, I'm recreating this carbon fiber part, my difficulty is how to add these threads (holes) to my final carbon fiber part.

Any suggestion?

I thought about infusing it with metal on the spot and making the thread with the finished piece, but my fear is that the metal will come out of position.

Generally you would mould the shape with the recesses in it and drill afterwards.  If you are taking the mould off an original, chances are you will have small witness rings which can be used as drill templates. You won't be able to put an actual thread into the carbon but could bond in a threaded insert.
