Hi,
*I've attached the shape of the mould

I have a shape with 90 degrees corners, the part will be then attached snuggly to the side of a flat plywood and glued on 3 sides.I  use peel ply on the inside to get a good bonding surface

The problem is - with a female mould, it does not stick to the contour and I cannot achieve the desired shape
I've considers a male mould that will be much simpler but i would need to first put the peel ply and then the fabric so i dismissed it, although i do prefer it if its possible

Moulds and currently 3d printed for the prototype phase I use Diolen as a cheaper alternative to Kevlar (mostly will be tensile forces on the part)

The outer finish is not that important to me, of course I would prefer it to be nice, cosmetically it's not a must

Any recommendations?

Please note that i am not a profecional!

If i needed to i would make a fillit in the corner first. Wait till thats sticky and go from there if cosmetics aint importand.
Just take a pointy bag fill it with thick paste and put a beat in the corners. Then make a nice concave curve in it with a spatula of some sort and wait. Then go oj with the cloth.
