I want to build a PU foam mould for my project . I am laying up chopped strand mat of 100 gsm on top. I am using NC/PU putty as fillers and Acrylic Latex Paint for glossy finish on fiberglass. Can anyone guide me about how should I seal foam surface and how much clearance should I keep?
