Reinforcing a sagging table with carbon strips

Hi,

I have a table with a span of 188 centimeters (74 inches) that is sagging 1.5 inches (so far)
It is made of MDF clad in linoleum, and thus needs something to make it more sturdy
I am thinking CF strips bonded to the bottom after letting it straighten by laying it on the back

Does anybody have tips/tricks, and which dimensions would be necessary.

For bracing like that you need the support to be vertical or 90 degrees to the table. If I were doing that I would glue MDF strips or even better some light gauge stainless angle iron screwed and glued. Then the screws would pull the table flat.
