Hi sir
Pls help me

If we add 1.3% MEKP to our resin and filler or add 2% MEKP with same ratio of cobalt . In 2% we will decrease gel time and increase tempture.  Bit I want to know ratio of MEKP affect on final mechanical properties  or nothing happen ?
the sample from 1.3% catalyst has less mechanical properties from 2% catalyst ?
I add 1.3% catalyst for avoiding increase of temperature becouse I do not produce wrap products and I can demold my part easier .

I am not sure about technical properties, that will require someone with more experience than me, but usually more hardener means faster reaction that can lead to higher temperature. With higher temperature it's a lot easier to get cracks in resin or other deformations, so I guess it's better safe than sorry.
