Hi
Just joined as I have a question about weatherproofing a 10mm ply deck board for my aluminium scaffold tower. The phenolic resin impregmated original ones have delaminates and expanded, pulling the fixing screws through.
I have a piece of 10mm ply but want to make the standing surface more durable and weather proof, though it will be stored inside.
I was thinking epoxy would be hardest but wondering whether to add a layer of reinforcing also?
Any suggestions for a suitable product?
