What would be the best way to go about making a mould for the product in the attached picture?

There is a point in making carbon fiber parts where the part has to be broken down into multiply subsections and then bonded together. This is one of them. Don't be afraid to do this. I use a Locktite epoxy adhesive called Hysol. I add black pigment to the Hysol, so the glue line is invisible when sanded and polished. Hysol is very thick so it does not sag or run, its one of those "I can't be without it type products to me".
I have done tests to destruction and the panel fails before the glue joint does.
