I'm doing a vacuum infusion glass lay up. The problem I'm have is my product is coming out with orange peel finish instead of glossy. Using a Partall PVA #10 mold release.

When using PVA, your parts will come out with the surface finish of the PVA. So if your PVA application is orange peely or has bits of dust in it, which is generally is, then your parts will have that finish. Normally when using PVA, some refinishing is needed after demoulding, it doesn't give perfect parts straight off the tool.
For a glass smooth finish straight off the tool, use a chemical release agent like Easylease or similar.
