Unable to track shipment

Hi guys!

I am unable to track my shipment. When I click Order History / Tracking Info nothing happens.
I copied the tracking number and tried to search with that on TNT´s website, but it was unable to "find my shipment".

What am i doing wrong?

Hi Zach,

Yes, that's right. We put the carrier name in there too so you know which carrier it went with. Sometimes we have to make a last minute change to the carrier (TNT, FedEx, Hellman Logistics etc.) because of something to do with dangerous goods or timings on collections or ferry connections and so we add the carrier name into the tracking number box. I will try to ensure we make it more clear which is the carrier code and which is the tracking number though.
