Resin catch pot leak?

Hi,

I am having issues with leaks when performing the drop test and i am unsure whether it is the actual catch pot that has tiny leak somewhere.

After going through all the bagging steps and getting to a point where i feel the bag is securely down i pull a vacuum with both lines clamped off. At this point with both lines clamped i am right in saying that i shouldnt loose any pressure on the gauge?

I will leave it for 15 mins and i have lost pressure on the gauge, about half an inch usually. The bag itself doesnt feel like it has lost any pressure until i undo the clamp to the catch pot.

If i repeat this process but when coming back after 15 mins i run the vacuum pump to show full vacuum on the gauge again then undo the clamps, the pressure gauge doesnt move.

I cant tighten the clamps any tighter and just using the ones that easy composites supply, so assume these are good and its not a case of my bag is leaking and the clamp isnt securely clamping hence the pressure loss?

Any advice on a method i can use to prove its the catch pot leaking?

Did you test your catchpot before bagging?
Where did you get your catchpot from? Made it yourself? Bought it?

Send a picture of your setup, it would be helpful.
