Uni mould - does the coupling coat have to cure

Hi guys,
I’ve used the uni mould system in the past and I really like it. However due to new commitments I am only able to work on my moulds around 3h a day Sad Therefore I wouldn’t have the time to make a complete mould in one day.

I was wondering if I can let the gelcoat cure over a period of 24h before applying the coupling coat, and then let the coupling coat cure over 24h before applying the tooling resin ? Or can I apply the coupling coat and tooling resin at once ?

Thanks

I can never do my moulds in one day either - sometimes it's a week between tooling gelcoat, coupling coat and final layers and I've never had a problem with any mould - it's a great system :-)

I just had to call EC can I leave coupling coat over 8 hrs cos need to go work. So I should be fine.
