hi guys,
so im trying to figure out why im getting these tiny bubbles and some rough looking surface, i just cant get my head round it.
i have sprayed GC50 in the mould, allowed it to cure completely. i then did 3x 200g layup, peel ply, perforated film, easy flow knitted mesh. the release agent was 5x layers of easylease.

infusion with IN2 in room temperature (~25 degrees celcius)

i dont understand what im doing wrong, pic attached:

would appreciate some help Smile

The trapped bubbles under the gelcoat on that corner are likely to be due to bridging of the material or bagging stack on the corner.  Making sure the fabric is properly pressed into the corner along with the bagging materials will solve that.

The rough area looks like the gel has gone on a bit unevenly and also thick.

thanks for the reply, do you think the resin has gone unevenly or the GC50?
