Ok.made my first ever part (sheet) from CF.I'm not concern about small imperfections.on the surface cos finally still can be sanded down and 2k clear coat. I more worry about how to remove trapped air.
Is it degassing ?
Should I vacuum during infiusion till air stop coming out?
Or anything else?

As the panel is quite small, there's every chance that things might be infusing a bit too quickly for the fabric to be fully wetted-out prior to your closing-off of the resin feed.
If you cut your infusion mesh about an inch short of your exit port, you can then create a gap between the main section of mesh and the a strip that your silicon connector sits upon (a 'resin break'). Leaving this gap will slow the progress of the resin down as it nears the edge of the part and allow it to wet-out more thoroughly before resin reaches and starts travelling up the exit line.
Assuming that all areas appear wet once the resin reaches the exit, you can close it off but leave the resin feed open for 30 secs or so to allow in additional resin. This should help eliminate the risk of getting dry areas that haven't quite got enough resin at the surface
If everything cures leak free, you should then get a perfect cosmetic finish
I would, however, put some small-ish pleats close to the corners of your bag, even on such a small and flat set-up, as there will be some stress on the bagging tape as the bag stretches under vacuum that can make the risk of leaks occurring higher, even after everything appears to have infused successfully.
