+xHi, I was wondering when and how are you people using spray adhesive? Couple of queations that comes to mind are: Are you just for complex molds ? Do you use it on the first layer or do you skip the first layer that touches the mold and then put spray adhesive on the remaining layers ? How do you finish a part that has a spray adhesive surface do you sand it or just leave it and clear coat it ? Cause what I have been experiencing is that the adhesive leaves a mark on the finished part so I wonder how someone else is doing it Best regards Marcus

I use Aerofix 3 as well but only on the first layer. For the reinforcements I use cheaper ones cause to compare to the others Aerofix is pretty expensive.
Altrought if you want to clear coat your part you have to sand the surface with 800 wet and the marks will disappear anyway...
