Which product do you recommend?

Due to underfloor heating pipes, I need to bond an oak door threshold on top of  porcelain tiles.  The oak wood has been varnished.

This is an internal door, so very little UV to worry about, but will need to take some foot traffic, and accommodate some  temperature variations, so not sure if I need a flexible variant

You are right about a semi-flexible adhesive being the right choice.  For this application, I would go for our ET515 Semi Flexible 15min Professional Epoxy Adhesive due to its high strength and high flexural strength.

You will need to prepare both bonding surfaces by giving them a good key with 120 grit sandpaper and a thorough clean and degrease before bonding.   Although the adhesive will set in around 15 minutes, I would recommend avoiding treading on it as much as possible for the first 24 hours to enable to to fully harden and achieve its maximum strength.
