How to keep resin staying evenly on the convex surface of mould?

I did a very simple test, using glass fiber to put it on the bottom side of a bowl, I believe it is the same as carbon fiber, and apply resin, and put it into vacuum bag.

and yes, I got the bottom side of the bowl as I wish.
However, the resin is not even distributed. When it is in the vacuum bag, the bowl is laced upside down, so the bottom surface is facing up, so the center is taller, the side ring is lower.
I can see a very obvious trend that the resin flew from center to side, the center, somewhere is not even covered by resin, I mean, the fabric is almost hollow there.
My question is when there are slopes, how to keep the resin stay at its place? Thank you very much!

It sounds like your resin is flowing down the sides a little before you've had chance to vacuum it down so it does sound difficult to control.

As you've got most of the kit required already, it might be worth trying infusion for this particular part, as it might be the only way to ensure an even distribution?

Thanks MarkMK, I'll try that.
