Hi, I broke my drone propeller blade made of cfrp. So i want to memic the same blade. The challenging part is to maintain the same weight and dimensions of the original propeller blade..
I am using prepreg so that there will no confusion fibre resin ratio (for weight problem). I need to know about mould prepration because the blade has twist and pitch and also about lay up the prepreg  because the blade has various dimensions from trailing edge to leading edge.  so help me out in making my propeller blade made of cfrp.

Hi.

If you have an undamaged one, you can use that to take a clean mould.  You need to carefully inspect the damaged one to try and work out the lay up and materials used in its construction. You may well find several different cloths and/or layups depending where on the blade it is.

Ideally take some advice from someone who has made these kind of blades before.

The project could well cause you or others serious harm if you get it wrong as blade fragments from a disintegrating blade make nasty shrapnel, so take extra care.
