Hello from Isle of Wight. I've been working with Composites for 24 Years now manufacturing parts from High end sports car moulds in VARTM to Aerospace primary structures using ATL's and Prepreg. I'm on here as it's really interesting to see alternative perspectives on things. I feel sometimes i'm looking to deep for problems when a new pair of eyes will see things on the surface that I've "looked through".
Currently a Lead PE manufacturing the largest commercially available Wind Turbine blade, basically we are infusing 2 components over 300m² every day.

I know most of the companies down on the island, I've been working with Vestas for a while now on developing new technologies. Used to run AFP machines at Airbus and now work in Research again in tooling for composites.
Its great seeing some of the work on here as I don't get my hands dirty enough these days!
