Hey everyone!
I'm glad to be a part of this community, I am looking to learn more about composites and casting in order to better design motorcycle parts for my company (Racers Edge Fabrication). I design parts for sportbikes (2008-16 Yamaha R6 currently) with the intent on having them manufactured for consumers. Right now my focus is protective sliders for the engine case covers (CNC or urethane cast parts), and also bodywork from carbon fiber and plastics. If anyone has any advice on finding manufacturers or learning about how to submit RFQ and assess quotes it would be greatly appreciated!
