Best resin for glass and carbon skinning

Hello,
I would like advice on the best resin (or mix) to use when skinning balsa wings etc with very light glass cloth (around 20g/m2) or carbon tissue which is even lighter and thinner. I have not done this for a while and I used to find that the thinner the resin, the better. In many cases, it would only flow well after heating (in a very uncontrolled manner)
Would it be suitable to use an infusion resin? I do not mind if I have to use more than one coat, maybe even use different resins for each coat?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Simon Clark

Maybe infusion epoxy resin or just thin some regular epoxy with epoxy thinners??
