Hello.Something that i consider is the calculation for the resin we need for infusion process.I make standard parts ( 77cmX18.5 cm ) so by experience i know that i need for example 210 grams of resin to make a perfect part without pinholes.I made a calculation and i found that i miss 70 grams and i don't know where they are lost ! For example my final part weight 180 grams. The carbon fiber weights 130 grams. So the resin is 50 grams. The ration fiber/resin is excellent ,about 70/30. Let's see further the calculations. The flow mesh takes about 90 grams of resin.it weights 15grams and with the resin it weights 105 grams. So we have 210 the infusion resin - 90 grams from the mesh=120 grams-50 grams in the fiber=70 grams are lost ! Where are they ? I use MTI hose so my vacuum line is clear. 70 grams is a big number and i don;t know where it goes.

Some in the resin line, a quite a bit in the mixing cup. My guess.
