hi guys, iv tried finding someone to do the skinning for me but had no joy so im turning to all the experts on here, i want to try and skin a motorcycle tank and headlight casing, i have read up as much as i can and watched all the vids i can on the subject, any what i really need advise for is my headlight is chrome i understand i need to sand it to roughen it up, but what i wanted to ask would it be easier for me to use spray adhesive rather then epoxy and waiting for tacking process or epoxy a better option, btw i will be spraying the headlight black after sanding it before i skin, second question if i end up completely fafing it up is there away of removing the carbon and epoxy, 3rd question is i real wanted a race stripe going down the middle of my tank what i wanted to know is if i use plain weave carbon stip down the middle and twill on either side how do you join then or is it a case of over lap and sand, i will probably paint a line over the joint if it looks messy if you see in the pics the red lines (i know theyr a bit bent) is where i want to lay the plain weave and the twill either side, so any help and advice will be greatly appreciated thanks guys.
