part stuck to mold

HI!
My carbon fiber part got ruined since it got stuck to the mold. I sealed it with epoxy and applied 1 layer of mold release wax. It did not work.
I have to try again and I bought Easycomposites PVA Mould Release Agent »
I will get it in about a week(it's holiday times) but I cant wait to try again and am thinking about using silicon as a releas agent.
Will silicon work as a good release?

Do easycomposites have a good filler to smooth out the mdf part that I will make?

just buy a 2 part polyester bodyfiller in a local diy store, make sure to seal al the bodyfiller with the pattern primer from EC before making a mould, 
Sorry I'm to late but vaseline or any other 'non-composites' related products have a high risk of failing Smile so while reading through I kind of knew it was going to fail again.
Just do it the proper way, will cost a bit more, but on the other side you wont waste your time repairing errors and failures, so you're better of at the end Smile
