Glass fiber epoxy prepreg curing temp

As part of an assignment I need to suggest an alternative manufacturing method for surfboards. The currently used method is hand layup which is labour intensive and very time taking. As an alternate method, I am suggesting prepreg, however one thing that I am quite confused about is the curing temp for Epoxy.

Hand lay-up surfboards that use epoxy cure at room temperature for close to a week, whereas prepreg material mentions its curing time to be 3-4 hours at 120C. Surely these have to be different kind of epoxies to be curing at such different temperatures? Also, is there a difference in the mechanical properties of an epoxy that cures at a temp of 120 C vs an epoxy that is curing at room temperature.

Lastly, I found a suitable prepreg materials for my purpose (lightweight fiber glass) however no curing temperature is mentioned on the webpage, how do I go about figuring out its curing temperature? Here is the link http://www.kompozitsan.com/en/91-glass-fiber-prepreg

TIA!

Keep in mind that most core materials will cause trouble at that temperature, including usual wood.
