Hi all, new to the site and looking for some advice. I'm looking to reproducing the stock ABS ram air tubes on my 2004 GSXR 600 in the near-ish future. the factory part is made from 2 halves and glued.. well after 14 years its coming apart and causing a headache every time i remove the fairings. This is now my race bike so durability is key, reproduction would be a bonus.
The stock tubes are a little over complicated especially because most of the tabs are no longer used in a racing setup.
What would be the easiest way of attacking this? I'd like to use regular fiberglass, nothing too fancy.
Any ideas would be great! May start this in a few months. Thanks!
