Hi,
I'm totally new here and I'm certain I've just used the wrong product!  I made a tray for my wife and attached small photos to it.  I used glasscast10 and whilst it looks great, it's quite soft?  It would seem I would have been better using glasscast 3?
I guess my question is, would glasscast 3 have been more suitable, and if so can I apply a coat on top of what I've already done?  To clarify the tray will be used as a tray carrying crockery etc.  Many thanks in advance.

Hi Paul,

Typically for that kind of application the GlassCast 3 would lay flatter and smoother and thus not need any sanding or polishing afterwards.  If you still want to coat with GlassCast 3 to get a smoother finish, you can do, you just need to key the surface with sandpaper and give it a good clean before pouring the resin.
