Is cured Glasscast 50 acetone resistant ? I want to dissolve some ABS in cured Glasscast 50, the exposure will only be long enough to dissolve the ABS.

It is only slight and doesn't always happen. The older the resin the less likely it is to happen. Certainly I would still key the surface with sandpaper prior to pouring another layer.
