Looking for help please. I’m attempting to cast an oblong lamp consisting of wood and leds embedded in epoxy.
I’m trying to create a border/fence whatever it’s called of polypropylene board to creaet a mould and to shape the lamp. My issue is that I can’t get it watertight and I’m worried about pouring in resin and it all flowing out.
The wall of the mould are glue gunned to a polypropylene base.
Is there a better way to do it? Would tape work? Does it need to be watertight?

Glasscast 50 has a long pot life, which enables it to be poured in thick layers. The actual time it stays liquid depends on the dimensions of the part, but in terms of sealing a  leakage: too long.
