how to determine the new resin/hardener ratio when liquid epoxy resin has been loaded with intert fillers to form a putty? first case is when hardener is neat, and second case is when hardener also has been filled with inert loads.

I"m with Hanaldo.
I do a similar with a project that uses 2 part polyurethane resin and I only have a 12 minute pot life, I need all 12 minutes just to apply my resin to the job.
Mix the additives to your resin base, 1000g like Hanaldo said, then add your 500g hardener.
