Hi all,
I have a question related to the compliant of this material with the european standard en45545 - Fire and smock specification. I know that carbon fiber is fireproof but it depends on several factor. Is there a certification or type tests about this material that I can use in order to demonstrate beeing fireproof or compliant to en45545 or others Fire&smock standards?
Best Regards
Michele

None of the sheets have been tested to any specific fire standards.  Carbon fibre is not "fire proof" as such.  When made with epoxy resin, it is often considered "self extinguishing", but like many plastics, with enough heat it would eventually be burned.

There are, unfortunately, so many different fire ratings and flammability standards for different uses/industries and countries that it would be virtually impossible to test for any set standards so as a result generally we would recommend if you need to have a fire rated material, then you would need to test yourself.
