River table query

Hi. Have done my first attempt of a river table using glasscast 10/50.
Couldn’t find any information about how long the resin and hardener should be stirred for? I went for 7 minutes.
Also, I’ll need to attach the legs at some point.
Is the resin suitable to drill and use screws in for the legs?
Will it hold up to that ?
Thanks

We recommend a 2 bucket method, mixing in the first bucket for 5 mins before pouring into a second and mixing for another 5 mins.  That way you minimise the chances of any unmixed or poorly mixed resin making its way onto the resin.

If you aren't bonding legs into place (such as large end legs like in our video,), then you can screw into the wood for the best support.  Resin on its own is much like most plastics and unlikely to make a strong thread.
