What would be the best way to de-gas the epoxy resin?

Hi,
Generally for resin infusion it's not necessary but if you do want to degas the resin prior to use then you would either need to put yourself some kind of vacuum pressure vessel together (I've heard of people using paint tins and the like) or purchase a degassing chamber like this one that we make: https://www.easycomposites.co.uk/dc26-vacuum-degassing-chamber-26l
If you go down the do-it-yourself route then plan carefuly because the pressure involved even over something the size of a paint tin is huge and it will crush or crack most things. Our chamber uses a 25mm thick acrylic lid and 3mm steel for the body.
Best regards, Matt
