Hi All
As I am looking to change my current oven to something a little larger, I have for sale the one I currently have
It was made approximately two and a half years ago by mbn curing solutions (they have a Facebook page that displays some of their products if you search for mbncuringsolutions)
It hasn't been used a great deal, only for a small number of pre-preg parts and some post-curing work. It works great and is well insulated with a maximum temp capability of 250 degrees C, although I've never needed to take it beyond 130 degrees C. It can also be run from a domestic power supply, so no need for three-phase access. Pleaser find below some specifications and sizes:
- 5KW twin elements with fans - Fully insulated and holds steady temperatures - 32amp single phase power input (suitable for domestic supply) - Controlled by an Omega cm7800 PID controller with 8 step ramp and soak programme capability (plus many other features I've not had need to use) - Internal thermocouple temperature sensor - External dimensions: Height 156cms, Width 101cms, Depth 76cms - Internal dimensions: Height 134cms, Width 76cms, Depth 68cms - Two side ports for running vacuum lines inside - Two removable wire shelves - On wheels, so easy to move about and it's relatively lightweight
The one small fault is that a tiny LCD segment on one the controllers' output displays doesn't illuminate but this doesn't affect the operation of the oven and it's not difficult to ascertain the value shown
I've attached a couple of pictures below (apologies that the first one appears to have loaded sideways!).
It cost £1400 when new and I'm looking for £800 now. Collection from Milton Keynes
Please drop me a PM if interested of if you have any questions
Thank you
