Hi all, I am going to fill a small hole that was drilled into a bike frame and was looking for some advice on the best way to do this.

My idea so far is to use "Black Epoxy Repair Filler" ( http://easycomposites.co.uk/#!/resin-gel-silicone-adhesive/epoxy-resin/black-epoxy-repair-filler-for-carbon-fibre.html )
and mix this with "Milled Carbon Fibre Powder" ( https://www.easycomposites.co.uk/milled-carbon-fibre-powder )

the repair will need some strength . What would be the correct amount of  Milled CF powder to use (i will mix the whole 100g of black repair filler for ease of ratio and will only need it for this particular repair)

Below is an image of the hole (the inside of the tube is not accessible) and its size is roughly 4-5mm.

Thank you in advance for any advice and help.

Ref the drilled hole. I don’t know much about bikes but role cages on racing cars have a three mm hole drilled in them so the tube thickness can be checked, although a collar is usually welded round the hole to restore the strength. Could your hole be something to do with checking wall thickness?
