Looking to find someone expert in the hand winding of kevlar tape and how to create a professional finish. Could be an expert from automotive or boat or other background for use in the field of sports. Any ideas much appreciated.

What sort of thing are you trying to create? We don't have any experts in specific tape winding here but can of course offer general materials advice.
