Hi Truyen, We can send our PrePreg materials to to Vietnam with no restrictions. The material isn’t shipped in insulated/dry ice packed boxes but is shipped direct from our freezers meaning that for at least the first 12-24hours of the delivery, it remains frozen. Furthermore, we will only ship on a priority service meaning that you will generally receive it in around 4 days not withstanding any delays through customs although Vietnamese Customs are usually pretty quick once import duties, where applicable, are settled..

The out-life of most of our material (the cumulative time that the PrePreg can spend out of the freezer) is 20 days at 20°C – as such, you should still have a minimum of 16-17days of useable life left also bearing in mind that whilst in the hold of the aircraft, it is closer to 0°C and so the impact is even lower. As soon as the material arrives with you, if you put it straight into the freezer, it will preserve the remaining outlife.

I hope this helps.
