Is there any companies or persons out there that will make a mold using my part as a master?  Thank you!  Tony

Photogrammetry and digital scanning is great, but it is far from the best solution for a one off reproduction like this. Realistically the best way to go about it is to either seal and paint the original, or if you need to keep the original untouched then wrapping it with something like aluminium foil or release film and making a fibreglass copy that you can modify, sand and paint in order to take a mould. The obvious thing being to pay attention to fitment and loss of dimensional accuracy etc.

Im sure you could find someone who would do this for you, but be aware that anyone that knows what they are doing is going to charge you an arm and a leg for it - it's a lot of work. I think this is definitely something that you should be looking at doing yourself if you have the time and patience for it. You'll save a hell of a lot of money, and the satisfaction will make it even more worth it.

Thank you, I may try using release film, that's a good idea.
