Vacuum Bagging Problem

Hello Guys,

I'm having a little problem with my wet layup + Vacuum bagging process.
When the vacuum pump is turned on, the bag is only pressed into the connector + hose location.

What am I supposed to be doing wrong?

Are you using any breather? is there any breather under the connector?  If not it can suck down under the connector then the bag self seals itself to the surface and the vacuum cannot suck any air out elsewhere. 


Yes, I use breather on the part and connector. I believe the problem is this, the breather closed the connector and only managed to press the vacuum bag in place.

Detail I forgot to measure, the piece contains 2,000 mm x 210 mm (length x width).
