I have several infused parts that have run dry in the mold with a non flat finish on the mold side. What's the best way of fixing this? It seems too uneven to solve with clear coat unless Iay down a looot of layers?
Any ideas?

If it is an inexpensive part, I would consider starting again, using the recommendations out of several infusion topics here.
Because fixing this will cost you far more time, than starting again.
If you want to fix it, I found it the easiest way to use the clear primer out of the basco lacquer system. First, you need to sand the part, till all air pockets are open, then brush or spray on the primer, let it cure, and sand it smooth. In your heavy case, you might need two applications. After that, clearcoat the part.
you could also use an epoxy to fill the holes, but it will be much harder to sand, making it more difficult not to sand into the fibres.
But beware, the whole process is much harder than it sounds, and most people don't have the patience to sand the part properly without damaging the weave.
