Evening all,
I want to make some carbon light blocks to mount my car's rear lights to. The current setup is a wedge made from what appears to be rubber - very flexible with a textured surface.
my question is; How do I prepare the wedge for making the mould using the uni-mould system?
Any tips gratefully received.

Another thing to consider if the shape is quite rough, is maybe making a "splash" mould to use to make a rigid pattern which you can then sand shape and modify to perfection before taking the final production mould from it.
