EF80 Flexible Epoxy Resin

Hi Easycomposites.

I'm planning to build some fender flares for an UTV, like the ones in the picture, using EF80 Flexible Epoxy Resin, and I have some questions about it.
The UTV is used in racing, so the fenders are exposed to impacts of rocks and branches of bushes at high speed.
I'm thinking in laminate the follow layers:
1x Carbon Fibre 2/2 Twill 200g.
2x Carbon Kevlar Plain Weave 188g.
1x Carbon Fibre 45' Biaxial 300g.
2x Carbon Kevlar Plain Weave 188g.
1x Carbon Black Twaron 2/2 Twill 200g.
My questions are:
It's possible to do infusion with the EF80 Flexible Resin, to avoid to have air bubbles in the laminate (I want the piece to have a nice cosmetic presentation)?
With these layers, do you think that the fenders maintains the shape without deforming, or should I use some reinforcements in some areas ?
Thanks and regards

That laminate lay up should hold its shape pretty well.

In terms of resin infusion, EF80 is not designed for infusion and is a bit too thick.  An easier process would be wet lay vacuum bagging as you can use the vacuum consolidation to remove any  trapped air and excess resin..

Thanks. I'm gone use vacuum bagging for sure.
