We are almost ready to start applying the resin to our penny floor.
However, can this be done in stages? It's the kitchen floor we're doing & the kitchen will still be in use, so I'd rather do a bit at a time - is this ok?

Ideally you would do it in one pour for consistency. I suspect it would not work properly at all trying to do it in multiple sections. The resin would try and self level for each pour and you would have massive witness lines and overlaps that would likely be visible.
