Hello everyone, I come from China, I am using a plastic spray gun, plastic coat spray gun has a lot of nozzle how to choose? The original standard is FN6 (4.7mm) of the nozzle, in the use of the process, it is difficult to apply to different molds, we have any suggestions can choose the right nozzle?
In the packaging of plastic spray gun with a small aluminum, I did not find the role of this small aluminum block on the website of china and china ,what is his specific role? I fell like tool for measuring the thickness of a plastic coat, the distance between its tip and the tip of the convex  stage is 0.6mm,and the thickness of the adhesive we resquire is consistent.

The Fn6 nozzle is usually fine for most reasonably thick gelcoats such as our GC50 Epoxy Compatible Clear Polyester Gelcoat hence why that is the nozzle that comes with the gun. For other gelcoats and resins, it very much depends on the viscosity of the the gel and if it is thinner, you will likely need a smaller nozzle and vice versa.

The aluminium block you have photographed is a micron thickness gauge.  The fins on the curved edge are different heights so when you dip it into the paint/resin the thickness is indicated by which comb it touches.
