Questions about mounting Carbon fibre body panels.

Hi all! I am working in a project, building a full electric car.  We made car body panels using carbon fibre. we finished manufacturing body panels using VARI panels and now we want to mount those panels to car. we recently brought bighead fasteners and necessary adhesives from easycomposites but we don't have clear idea where to start. So could you please  tell me where i can find informations about mounting carbon fibre panels. Any suggestions are warmly welcome.

first question is what are you bolting the panels too? do you have a monocoque chassis or something more original? A lot of panels are made to be removable so are you making them all removable or are you bonding them to the chassis?


hi ya, thank you very much for your reply. It is a space frame chassis and we want to make mount all the panels as all removable. any suggestions ?

Dzus clips are the standard option. You will need to fabricate some brackets to mount them on the spaceframe chassis.
