Does it matter if both inside and outside are smooth? If its the inside that younwant to keep smooth you may need to look into soluble mandrels.Then get some braided material and infuse that. But as above to mkae tubes its much easier with prepreg. You can buy out of autoclave prepregs and cure them in a pid controlled oven
