Sanding my parts and it's looking like this? How to fix?

Sanding my parts and it has like a billion low spots to it. Any idea why it is doing this and how to fix?

I use this same resin for resin coating and it's good for that.

Just keep applying coats while the resin green and not fully cured. This way you can build 2-3 coats without sanding in-between and all in the one day. Then hopefully sand it only once! then spray coat with any other UV clear coat you like.
