One of our clients recently asked us to reproduce the full frame guards for a Cadburys Boost Yamaha BSB replica race bike so here are a few images of the project and finished guards. First task was to cover the sides of the frame with sheet wax and then produce the moulds, not the easiest of tasks as we had to work on a complete bike. |
